And if you’re craving something grilled, create your bowl, bento or salad from our hot bar. We're a new Japanese fast/casual concept with a cool spin on your favorites.
Some of the new faves include our Unfried Crispy Chicken, tasty Asian Lettuce Wraps, Grilled Fish rubbed with Cajun Spices, Green Tea or Sweet Miso Glaze. SanSai Fresh Grill & Roll also has delicious, unique drinks like our Ramanue Drink. Stop reading and starting eating!
Our concept was originally incepted in 2001 when the first store opened in the city of Glendale, California. It has now blossomed to include more than 20 locations over the course of a few years. Located throughout Southern California, SanSai pioneered the Japanese fast/casual dining experience with our amazing grilled teriyaki and signature salads. It's all about freshness, taste and quality!
In 2011, SanSai Fresh Grill & Roll opened in the city of Fullerton, California. It is the first store that has been reinvented from the ground up, encapsulating everything that SanSai will now stand for. Freshly grilled, perfectly rolled and sincerely served!
